You know what’s “wrong.” You’ve read the books, tried the coping tools, maybe even spent years in therapy, yet something still feels stuck.
You show up for everyone but feel invisible in your own life. You’re exhausted by your thoughts, burdened by your past, and unsure who you are outside the roles you’ve always had to play. If you’re starting to question if there’s more to life than just surviving or more than just trying to keep it together, you’re in the right place.
I'm Anna Pham, a graduate-level intern counselor, and I help individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions reconnect with their true selves. Many of my clients are deeply insightful; they know what’s not working and have even tried to “fix it,” but what they really need is a safe space to feel, not just function. Therapy with me is about slowing down, getting curious instead of critical, and building a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
I believe the patterns that keep us stuck are often rooted in early relationships, cultural expectations, and systems that taught us to minimize our needs. But those patterns are not permanent. I approach therapy holistically, with a client-centered and trauma-informed lens, helping you make sense of your story and create space for new possibilities. My style is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your lived experience. I focus on what feels meaningful to you, not what anyone else says you should be.
As a second-generation daughter of immigrant parents, I know what it’s like to carry invisible weight, to feel pressure to succeed while burying your own emotions. That journey led me to therapy and ultimately to becoming a therapist myself. My goal is to help you untangle from the pain that’s been defining your life and discover who you are outside of survival mode. You’re already resilient. I’m here to walk alongside you as you turn that resilience into healing.
You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s work together to help you feel more grounded, more whole, and more you.
